Issam Fayel Al Sinani commonly known as Issam (born 14 August 1984) is a Omani football defender of the Oman national football team. Fayel made an appearance during the 2007 Gulf Cup of Nations, as well as an appearance in a qualification match against Japan.
He was call-up to 2007 AFC Asian Cup,[1] and played once.[2]
